Emotionally exhausted? Eat too much or don't eat at all? Sleep poorly even in relative safety? Can't control your emotions? No energy for anything?

All this is the result of shock stress and emotional burnout during the war.

The Health support program is an opportunity for every Ukrainian to strengthen their resources. For free.

The Program has official support of the National Security and Defense Council of Ukraine and the Charitable Foundation of the Government of Ukraine "Glory to Ukraine".

1. Application form

Fill in the application form. We have simplified it as much as possible, but in order to identify existing deficits, we need answers.

2. Online consultation

Our coordinator will contact you in advance to set a convenient time for you.

3. Free medications

All the supplements needed will be delivered to you by courier or mail. For free.

What medications do we provide?

All medications are prescribed by a doctor individually. Although all of us might need vitamin D to compensate for the lack of spring sun, vitamin C to strengthen the immune system, and ashwagandha for a more peaceful sleep.

Хто може отримати допомогу?

Програма розрахована на підтримку здоров’я дорослих громадян України, і наші лікарі не консультують у випадках хронічних чи гострих захворювань, критичних станах, а також дітей до 18 років.
Чому ця программа безкоштовна?

Програма функціонує за сприяння благодійного фонду «Сучасна Україна». Ми отримуємо фінансову допомогу від українських та зарубіжних партнерів, щоб забезпечити українців необхідними препаратами для підтримки здоров'я на безоплатній основі. Окремо хочемо відзначити Eurasiatrans B&PE Limited (Cyprus), які зробили перший внесок в сумі більше мільйона гривень для старту проєкту.
Як буде відбуватись онлайн-консультація?

Онлайн-консультація буде у форматі телефонної розмови, тривалістю 15-30 хвилин. Попередньо координатор зв'яжеться з вами для узгодження часу онлайн-консультації.
Хто мене буде консультувати?

В Програмі консультують лікарі – фахівці з превентивної та предиктивної медицини. Сьогодні весь наш штат – це лектори та учасники Global Age Management Academy, освітньої платформи для лікарів. Після того, як координатор Програми узгодить з вами час консультації, ви можете знайти профіль свого лікаря на www.gam-academy.com
Як швидко я отримаю препарати?

Формуємо набір препаратів та передаємо в службу доставки (Нова Пошта) протягом 1-3 днів після консультації. Після відправки посилки час доставки залежить від поштового оператора.
Чи відправляєте іншою службою доставки окрім Нової Пошти?

Наразі відправляємо виключно Новою Поштою, через її надійність та розповсюдженість.
Якщо моє місто тимчасово окуповано, чи зможете доставити препарати?

На жаль, не можемо. Проте всім серцем віримо, що вже зовсім скоро зможемо доставляти по всій Україні та АР Крим.
За доставку мушу заплатити я?

Ні, ми потурбувались і про це, доставка для вас також безкоштовна.
Я тимчасово знаходжуся закордоном, відправляєте за територію України?

Ми раді, що ви в безпеці. Українці, що залишились на території України, мають обмежений доступ до медичних послуг та товарів, тому ми зараз працюємо виключно в межах країни.
Я заповнив (-а) анкету, але зі мною ніхто не зв'язався. Що робити?

Кількість заявок дуже велика, тому ми дуже просимо вас з розумінням поставитись до ситуації і проявити трішки терпіння! Ми обов'язково з вами зв'яжемось.
Вже приймаю препарати і є питання до лікаря, можу попросити про повторну консультацію?

Наші терапевти не ведуть постійний прийом, проте, якщо у вас виникли нагальні питання щодо призначеної терапії, зв'яжіться з координатором.
Що робити, якщо препарати закінчилися?

Нажаль, ми не можемо забезпечити всіх необхідними препаратами на постійній основі. Проте, після повторного опитування по закінченню місячного періода прийому препаратів, ви отримаєте персоналізовані поради щодо подальшої турботи про своє здоров'я.
Які препарати ви надаєте безкоштовно?

Для покращення стану здоров'я ми надаємо безкоштовно ортомолекулярні препарати виробнитства США та Західної Європи. Їх прийом дозволяє компенсувати дефіцити мінералів, вітамінів та деяких гормонів для корекції виснаження, зневіри, вгасання імунітету через брак сну і дію хронічного, потужного стресу. Звертаємо вашу увагу, що ми не надаємо ліки для лікування гострих та хронічних захворювань, фокусуючись виключно на підтримці здоров'я.

The program is designed to support adult citizens of Ukraine. Our doctors do not advise in cases of chronic or acute diseases, critical conditions, nor they consult children under 18 years.
Why the Program is free?

The program is supported by the Charitable Foundation “Modern Ukraine”. We receive financial assistance from Ukrainian and foreign partners in order to provide Ukrainians with the necessary medications free of charge. Special thanks to the Eurasiatrans B&PE Limited (Cyprus), who made the first contribution of more than one million UAH for the start of the project.
How will the online consultation take place?

Online consultation will be in the format of a telephone conversation, lasting 15-30 minutes. Our coordinator will contact you in advance to arrange it.
Who will consult me? Is he/she a doctor?

Specialists in preventive and predictive medicine work in the Program. Today, our entire staff consists of lectors and members of the Global Age Management Academy, an educational platform for doctors. Once the Program coordinator has agreed a consultation time with you, you can find your doctor's profile at www.gam-academy.com
What medications are provided free of charge?

We provide free orthomolecular medications from the United States and Western Europe. They can compensate for deficiencies of minerals, vitamins and some hormones. The Program is designed to improve health, lower the levels of exhaustion, depression, loss of immunity due to lack of sleep and tackle the effects of chronic and severe stress. Please note that we do not provide medications for treating acute and chronic diseases, focusing solely on health support.
When I am going to receive the medications?

We form your package and transfer it to the shipping company (Nova Poshta) within 1-3 days after the consultation. After that, the delivery time depends on the postal operator.
Do you ship by a delivery service other than Nova Poshta?

Currently we ship exclusively by Nova Poshta, due to its reliability and prevalence.
Will I have to pay for shipping?

No, we took care of that, shipping is also free for you.
If my city is temporarily occupied, will you be able to ship my medications?

Unfortunately, we can't. However, we wholeheartedly believe that we will soon be able to deliver throughout Ukraine and the Autonomous Republic of Crimea.
I am temporarily abroad, is there international shipping?

We are glad that you are safe. Ukrainians who remain in Ukraine have limited access to medical services and goods, so we now work exclusively within the country.
I filled out the form, but no one contacted me. What should I do?

The number of applications is very high, so we ask you to understand the situation and show a little patience. We will definitely contact you.
I am already taking medications and I have further questions to the doctor, can I apply for a second consultation?

Our doctors do not have a regular appointment, however, if you have any urgent questions about the prescribed therapy, contact the coordinator.
What should I do if I run out of medications?

Unfortunately, we cannot provide everyone with all the necessary medications on a regular basis for free. However, after re-interviewing at the end of the one-month period, you will receive personalized advice on further steps.
